تعذيب نفسي على سكان ليبرتي لمدة 40 يوما ببث نواح لنظام الملالي باللغتين الفارسية والعربية بواسطة مكبرات صوت قوية
مناشدة أمريكا والأمم المتحدة لوقف ممارسة تعذيب نفسي من قبل القوات العراقية
تواصل قوات الأمن العراقية الحصار وقمع سكان ليبرتي حيث بدأت منذ بداية شهر المحرم أي 26 تشرين الأول/ أكتوبر ممارسة تعذيب نفسي بحق السكان وذلك ببث نواح لنظام الملالي باللغتين الفارسية والعربية في مختلف ساعات الليل والنهار بواسطة مكبرات صوت قوية للغاية.
ان هؤلاء العناصر نفس المجرمين الذين كانوا متورطين في ابادة جماعية للسكان وفرض الحصار وممارسة التعذيب النفسي عليهم في اشرف وليبرتي منذ سنوات وذلك بامرة من مستشار الأمن الوطني للمالكي فالح الفياض الذي لا يزال يعمل في هذا المنصب.
ان جميع مكبرات الصوت هذه منصوبة في محطة شرطة للمخيم وموجهة لبث الاصوات نحو مواقع سكن السكان. ان ممارسة هذا التعذيب النفسي لمدة 42 يوما تضاعف ازعاج المرضى الذين يعيشون في مجموعة رقم 1 في ليبرتي وهي أقرب نقطة لمكبرات الصوت هذه حيث سلبت النوم والراحة عنهم.
ان ممارسة هذا التعذيب النفسي اضافة الى انتهاك عدد كثير من المعاهدات الدولية بما فيها اتفاقية منع التعذيب، تعتبر انتهاكا صارخا لمذكرة التفاهم الموقعة بين الحكومة العراقية والأمم المتحدة في 25 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2011 وكذلك بمثابة تكرار ممارسة التعذيب النفسي على السكان في اشرف لمدة سنتين من قبل عملاء مخابرات الملالي بذريعة عوائل السكان. وكان المعذبون يهددون السكان بابادة جماعية والقتل وحرق اشرف من شباط/ فبراير 2010 حتى كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2011 بواسطة 320 مكبرة صوت على مدار الساعة.
وابلغ السكان وممثلوهم مرات اعتراضهم لدى مراقبي اليونامي بشكل حضوري لهذا التعذيب النفسي وقد ارسلوا تقارير تلك الممارسة الى مختلف مسؤولي الأمم المتحدة من خلال تقارير ليبرتي اليومية الا انه ليس لم يتوقف بث نواح لنظام الملالي فحسب بل ازدادت وتيرتها بشكل مستمر.
ان المقاومة الايرانية اذ تحذر من تداعيات هذا التعذيب النفسي الذي يعتبر مثالا للجريمة اللاانسانية ويجب ملاحقة مسؤوليه تذكر بتعهدات الحكومة الامريكية والأمم المتحدة المتكررة والمكتوبة تجاه أمن وسلامة سكان ليبرتي، وتدعو الى تدخل عاجل لانهاء هذا التعذيب النفسي ووقف بث النواحي وازالة مكبرات الصوت هذه.

The 42-day psychological torture of Camp Liberty residents with powerful loudspeakers
and clerical regime’s dirges in Farsi and Arabic
Call on U.S. and UN to stop the psychological torture by Iraqi agents
Iraqi security agents are busy imposing a siege and suppressing Camp Liberty residents. For instance, since 26 October 2014 , they have resorted to psychological torture of residents by playing clerical regime’s dirges in Farsi and Arabic during different hours of day and night using very powerful loudspeakers.
These are the same criminals who under the command of Faleh Fayad, Maliki’s National Security Advisor who continues to hold this post, have for years massacred, imposed a siege, and psychologically tortured the residents in Ashraf and Liberty.
All these loudspeakers are set up in the camp’s police station and their sound waves are concentrated toward the dwelling quarters of the residents. This psychological torture, ongoing for 42 days now, is most tormenting to the patients who are in Section One of Camp Liberty which is the closest to these loudspeakers and has deprived the patients from sleep and rest.
The implementation of this psychological torture, in addition to violating a great number of international conventions, including the Convention Against Torture, is a flagrant violation of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Government of Iraq and the United Nations on 25 December 2011 and is a repetition of the 2-year psychological torture of residents in Ashraf by agents of mullahs’ intelligence under the pretext of families of residents. From February 2010 to December 2011, the torturers used 320 loudspeakers to threaten the residents day and night with massacre and burning down of Ashraf.
The residents and their representatives have numerously and in person complained to UNAMI monitors of this psychological torture and have sent it on a daily basis in Liberty’s Daily Reports to various UN officials, but the playing of clerical regime’s dirges not only has not stopped but has constantly increased and intensified.
The Iranian Resistance warns of the consequences of this psychological torture that is a vivid case of crime against humanity whose perpetrators must be prosecuted and by reminding the repeated and written commitments of the U.S. government and the United Nations regarding the security and wellbeing of Camp Liberty residents calls for their immediate intervention to end this psychological torture and the playing of dirges and for removing of the loudspeakers.
