Pankov praised both the “the high performance in all the assigned tasks by the air group of Russian Federation’s Armed Forces and the Syrian Forces”. He said their operations “allowed us to damage the terrorists, to disorganise their command and control and to undermine their economic potential”. The Deputy Defence Minister said “thanks to this it has become possible to intensify the offensive of Syrian governmental Forces and to liberate more than 200 localities.”
