SOT, Thomas Stollenwerk, Chief Judge of Bonn District Court (German): “The suspect is being accused of an attempted murder and bodily injuries caused by throwing his three small children [out of a window]. He allegedly had a domestic dispute with his wife and after the dispute he threw his children out of a window.”
