أبو علي الشيباني معالج عراقي شيعي يحظى بشعبية وخبير في السحر والتنجيم, ويخلط نصائحه على الأعشاب الطبية ونبوءات عن كوارث وشيكة مع تحليل سياسي واسع النطاق. الشيباني لديه برنامج يظهر يوميا على قناة عراقية ” تلفزيون المستقبل” حيث قدم على أنه “خبير دولي معتمد في الادوية العشبية والبديلة.” وتنشر حلقات برنامجه أيضا على قناته في اليوتيوب. في عرضه ب 31 مارس 2015 قدم المشورة للمتصلين على فوائد “الشبت ” وأفضل طريقة لعلاج البلغم، وأستغرق الشيباني في خطبة لاذعة ضد “السنة ” على خلفية قيادة السعودية ل”عملية عاصفة الحسم.” وأضاف أن اليهود يوجهون القادة العرب.

Al-Shibiani has a daily show on Iraq Future TV, where he is presented as “a certified international expert on herbal and alternative medicine.” The episodes of his show are also posted on his YouTube channel. On his March 31, 2015 show, while advising callers on the benefits of dill and the best way to treat phlegm, Al-Shibiani plunged into an anti-Sunni diatribe against the backdrop of the Saudi-led “Operation Decisive Storm.” He added that the Jews are steering Arab leaders.
