The Syrian people decided to rise up against the tyrannical dictator of Syria nearly three years ago. Since then, he’s used every conceivable weapon against the Syrian people, including brutal torture, bullets, bombs, SCUD missiles, cluster bombs, chemical weapons and now he’s using starvation as a tool of war.

Assad has besieged 6 areas in Syria, including old Homs, Waer, Moadamiya, Dooma, and Yarmouk. No one is allowed to leave these areas and no food or medicine is allowed in. Old Homs and Moadamiya have been under siege for over a year and all food supplies have ran out. People are now eating random tree leaves to survive. Some have died from starvation and many children now suffer from malnourishment. Hundreds more are dying because they cannot get the medicine they need. This is a clear crime against innocent civilians. It is a crime against humanity.
